- Incubation Centres to support the development of creative ideas or products that have potential to mushroom into significant marketing potential or value for society
- Pull-out classes catering to an advanced/enriched and accelerated curriculum at Year 3 and 4
- Overseas attachment and collaboration opportunities, and participation at international platforms and forums e.g. Oxbridge Summer Courses, Summer Programmes for Gifted and Talented run by US Universities - John Hopkins, College of William and Mary.
Raffles Academy (RI)
The Raffles Academy presents a potentially life-changing opportunity for students who are talented in specific subjects. In an environment where learning is active and teaching is imaginative, we hope to take our students to new levels of performance and passion for their subjects.
Curriculum and instruction in the Raffles Academy are pitched at a high level commensurate with the students’ aptitude and capacity for learning. This allows students to study ideas and concepts in greater depth, breadth and complexity. Assessment in the Raffles Academy is aligned to the instructional programme and is pitched at a much higher level compared to the Raffles Programme.

RJC Talent Development Programme
The key thrust of the college’s talent development programmes is the provision of authentic learning opportunities beyond the core ‘A’ level curriculum that will effectively place students’ educational experiences in the context of real-world issues and careers. At RJC, we offer a spectrum of special programmes for students who show exceptional talent or interest in specific fields. Students are encouraged to pursue their passion and build on their own unique strengths through the numerous enrichment opportunities available.
