Step 1:

Click here , and complete the online form.
(form is available from 0800hrs, 26 Jan 2011 onwards)

Step 2:

Check your email for the completed application form, and print the application form on A4 paper.

Step 3:

Complete the application form by attaching photocopies of the following documents:

• School prelim results
• O-level result slip
• Form A
• CCA records
• Testimonials
• Any other supporting documents.

Step 4:

Submit the completed application form to the Raffles Institution (Yr 5-6) General Office, at One Raffles Institution Lane, Singapore 575954, by 12 noon, 27 Jan 2011 (Thurs).

Step 5:

Applicants will be notified of the outcome by Friday, 28 Jan 2011 via SMS.

Important Note:

• Completed application forms are to reach Raffles Institution (Yr 5-6) General Office by 12 noon, 27 Jan 2011 (Thurs).
• Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
• Only official print-out of the application form will be accepted.
